Toczydlowska
Emilia Toczydlowska is a PhD Researcher at the University of Luxembourg and Research Associate at Luxembourg Institute for Socio-Economic Research (LISER). She works with Philippe Van Kerm on drivers of income inequality such as effects of the design of tax and benefit system, labour market and impact of migration (as part of broader demographic changes). Her latest research relates to the relationship between income mobility and economic growth.
Previously, Emilia specialized in Social Policy Design and Financing as a part of her Double Master in Public Policy and Human Development at the United Nations University. She also holds a degree in Economics and Development Studies from School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London. Her previous work experience includes research at UNDP, UNICEF and United Nations Research Institute for Social Development (UNRISD).
