Prof. Dr. Heinz Sieburg is associate professor for medieval German literature and language, deputy director (Institute for German Language, Literature and Interculturality), head of BA-program German Studies and head of the international MA-program 'Transnational German Studies' (Universities of Luxembourg, Porto, Mainz, Palermo).

Studied German philology, history of arts and philosophy at the University of Bonn. Various teaching positions (e.g. University of Tartu, University of Trier, University of Krakow, Centre Universiaire de Luxembourg, Akademie Klausenhof).
