Nicole

Hekel

Nicole Hekel ist a research (and development) specialist at the Centre for Childhood and Youth Research (CCY) in the Department of Social Sciences.

She studied educational sciences at the University of Koblenz-Landau (D) with an emphasis on adult education and social work.
From 2014 – 2017 she worked as an assistante diplômée at the University of Fribourg (CH) and at the same time as a scientific collaborator at the University`s Center of Early Childhood Education Fribourg (ZeFF).

In addition, she conducts practical training and development courses for professional caregivers and staff with the main focus on participation, inclusion & éducation plurilingue in Luxembourg, Switzerland and Germany.
