Rhea Ravenna Sohst is a doctoral researcher in the research unit "Migration, Inequalities and Labour Markets". She conducts applied research on questions of immigrant integration, social mobility and income dynamics.

Rhea Ravenna Sohst has worked as a consultant for the OECD's International Migration Division and the IOM's Global Migration Data Analysis Centre. She holds a MSc in Public Policy from the United Nations MERIT University and a dual BA in political science from SciencesPo Aix-en-Provence and the University of Freiburg.
