Lenz

Thomas Lenz works as a research scientist at the University of Luxembourg. He is responsible for the national Education Report for Luxembourg ("Bildungsbericht") and manages different education related projects. He teaches within the "Master in Secondary Education". His research interests are in the field of educational sociology, history of schooling and institutional change.

Thomas Lenz completed his PhD in Sociology (Dr. Phil) at the University of Trier, Germany. Besides, he has worked as scientific collaborator at the University of Trier and has given courses at Hamline University, Minneapolis, USA and at the Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. He has a M.A. degree in Sociology as well as a teachers' degree in German and Politics.
